Klozey Limited Communication Policy

1. Introduction and Scope
This Communication Policy ("Policy") applies to all forms of communication related to the business activities of Klozey Limited ("Company") including but not limited to, electronic mail (email), short message service (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), social media platforms, and websites. This Policy binds all employees, directors, shareholders, clients, and partners (collectively referred to as "Stakeholders") of the Company.

2. Objectives
The primary objectives of this Policy are to: a. Ensure the dissemination of Company information is conducted in a timely, relevant, and professional manner. b. Protect the privacy and confidentiality of the Company’s stakeholders. c. Promote positive and responsible use of communication mediums.

3. Policy Provisions
a. All communications must be conducted in English and should pertain directly to the business affairs of the Company. b. communication must not contain content that may be deemed offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful. c. The Company reserves the right to monitor communications for compliance with this Policy.

4. Specific Guidelines
a. Social Media: All postings, blogs, tweets, and similar activities on social media platforms must be conducted in a manner that is respectful and professionally representative of the Company. b. Website Content: The Company’s website shall only host content that is current, relevant, and non-offensive. c. SMS and Email: These forms of communication should be used for concise and relevant business-related communications. Marketing communications must adhere to the Company's Privacy Policy.

5. Enforcement and Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships. Certain violations may be subject to legal action in accordance with the applicable laws.

6. Effective Date and Amendment
This Policy shall become effective upon signing by the authorized representative of Klozey Limited and shall remain in effect until amended or superseded. Amendments to this Policy shall be communicated in writing to all stakeholders.

7. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and stakeholders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
